Delete your account
Deleting your WeEven account is immediate, permanent, and available right in the app.
In the app
- Open WeEven and go to Settings.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account and personal data are deleted immediately.
What gets deleted
- Your login is permanently revoked and your email is removed.
- Your profile details and payment handles are erased.
- Receipt images you uploaded and your device's notification tokens are deleted.
- Households where you were the only member are deleted entirely.
What other members keep
In households you shared with others, the expense and settlement history stays so their balances still add up — but your name on those records is replaced with “Former member”. Ownership of a shared household passes to another member.
Can't sign in?
If you no longer have access to the app or your sign-in email, contact support@we-even.com from any address and we'll verify your identity and delete the account for you.
